Dried noodles, Bangkok, Thailand

Good day you all. I believe that you guys had a good time during new year festival. And also me as well.  This time I will not write about the place but I will write about the food that you might not have a chance to eat at anywhere else except Thailand. Please correct me if I am wrong haha. Let me tell you a little bit more about the story. During weekend, I was planning to go for Central world, Shopping mall in Bangkok Thailand and I had to walk past siam square 1. My sight was ahead but my stomach is screaming loudly therefore, I had to find place to have lunch. Luckily, there is noodle restaurent on my right hand side. The noodle shop decorates with Chinese vibe which can attract me to come. Once I settled on the chair, there was a waitress gave me the menu. Willingly, I ordered one of my favorite noodle. You may have guess it right based on the topic of blog lol. It is dried noodles. For those who might not be familiar with Thai style of noodle. Dried noodle is almost exactly the same as normal noodle except the chef don't pour soup into the noodle but they will pour it into another bowl therefore, you will have two bowls. One is noodles with meatball and meat and the other is soup bowl. And yet, you might be wondering how it taste. It tastes exactly the same as normal but personally I would say it is tastier than the normal one as sometimes, chef will put sweet sauce into the noodle and it is perfect combination. Sorry to make you guys hungry but I just don't want to share it with myself only. Please take a look at the picture below.

Sorry for those who might read it at night. This dish is called, Kuay Teow Tom Yum. (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำ) the thing that differentiate it from Normal noodle is that chef always put ground nuts into the noodles and they will put the condiment in the bowl. For the meat in the noodle, it includes boiled egg, fish ball, toful ball, ground pork and etc. I would tell from my experience that It is extremely yummy. Once you have a chance to be in Thailand. Please give it a try and I can tell it is worth. But be careful for those who are allergic to nuts.

And you may take a look at the soup. From my experience, I had been to Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan which have soup as well and I would say that the soup in Thailand is completely different from soup from another country. I guess they cook it based on Thai's preference. They usually put pepper into soup and and spring onion into it. Hence, the soup smells good and enriched.
Overall, this noodle and soup were amazingly tasty and I would highly recommend those of you who already have a plan to visit Thailand. Please give it a try. And no worries, It is not pricy. This whole meal cost you only 89 THB(2.71 US dollars) and I know your pain point, once you have completed the noodles, you will be dehydrated therrfore, there is drink that Thai usually drink and It is called O liang(Ice black coffee) you might not hear it before as I believe it is mainly poppular in Asia. and Sorry I forgot to take picture when they served but I took when I drank it.

I would honestly recommend visitor to drink it. You can ask the seller to put less sugar or no sugar added also can. I personally don't want to have sugar added. It might be bitter but I am sure It is worth trying.
Before saying goodbye, I would like to thank you all for reading until this part and see you in the next blog.
