Rice with chili paste, taste of spiciness from Bangkok, Thailand

    Happy Chinese New Years 2023! As I am half Thai half Chinese therefore,I just want to say Xin Nian Kuai Le(新年快乐) to all of you.  and today, we have a big celebration in Thailand. Most of people are in their homes to celebrates with their families and scarify to their ancestor. I can hear the crackers from my neighbors. And lots of dogs were running away from ther crackers and fireworks. I feel sad for them and for myself as well. 
And today, I decided to travel to the shopping mall nearby and I was wandering around for 1 hour. I was not that hungry but my sight is gone through a delicious hawker in the food court. and it is the chili paste with rice and also with fried vegetable. Therefore, I decided to grab one of it without any hesitation. 
    It is rice with chili paste and Caramelized Pork. I know that this dish contains high calories but I could not resist though. The word cannot describe how taste of the food, so I took a picture of it for my readers to see. 

    Only you can tell. Does it look tasty? and I would say yes and you would have said yes as well. This dish contains caramelised pork, chili paste, salted egg, boiled cabbage, carrot and the morning glory. and also fried vegetable. All of the side are coming in a small portion but I would say it is a perfect as you might not want to be full by having only one of it right. And not only that the rice in the middle was mixed with chilli paste. Therefore, It was a perfect combination. 



    And when you take a look at the caramelized pork, you can see the juiciness and oiliness of it. I can tell that It is going to source of weight gain for me but cannot stop myself from eating and also the picture below will show my favorite as well. 




    The chili paste tastes spicy a little bit but It is not too strong. It does not look too condensed but I can tell that they put lots of ingredient in it. and only that you will have chance to eat egg with acacia which is also tasty. But if it comes in hot condition, It will be tastier. 
    It seems to be expensive as It looks. But I can assure you that It is not that expensive. This meal costs me 70 THB(2 USD) for a big portion. So, It is cheap compare to other countries but It is expensive compare to normal Thai food. 
I would like to recommend you to try it. You can find it any department store in Thailand. They usally have kind of restaurant in their food court

The dream comes to in Norway

     Once a week, there will be appointment with me regarding topic that I usually like to convey to readers. Today, I would like to talk about the dream. Since I was young, I wanted to see snow and play with it but due to lacking of money, therefore, I cannot travel aboard. Once, I saved enough money to go to Europe, I decided that this time is the right time for me. I booked the ticket and flew down to Oslo, capital city of Norway.       Upon arrival to Gardemoen Airport, I saw tons of snow beside the airport. I was so surprised and happy. Finally!      Good day! Another year goes by and we get older for one more year. And this year is one of the unforgettable year of writer. I had a chance to go to one of my dream province in Thailand. I have been longing to visit there since I was very young. However, writer has never had a chance to let myself touch down in Phuket, Thailand.
